The news just keeps getting worse for Heritage Media. First it was search advertising putting the pressure on display advertising online, and now we have a huge hit in newspaper revenues.

  • It needs someone to think out of the box ... it is an obvious result of the internet and television - less newspapers. Newspapers have to be a product people want ... they need to get their thinking caps on.
  • I caight your comments by accident, as I'm surfing ... I've just got made redundant from a newspaper in the UK. It seems that they need new ideas to increase readership.

  • Seeing as how our site was initially created based on a study at home hypnosis course from long ago, I'm not surprised. On my end, it's a rare day I actually buy and read a newspaper. That might be my loss, since I spend so much time online. I dread the day when I can't find something to read offline, but see us moving slowly (perhaps glacially) in that direction.

    Okay, back to google news from my daily fix. :)
