They are held responsible for user comments which means they have to actively monitor and remove comments if they could be labeled libel,... (It succesfully changed the results in a google search page, so that when you typed "sgae" in google, the first result would be the SGAE=Thieves page)... Does anyone know if there's any precedent to this kind of "defamation" lawsuit against a blog anywhere in the world?.... The lawsuit itself has little to do with music, I think...
