  • Josh Silverman's naivete, as expressed in his press release describing Skype's understanding of TOM's procedures, is shocking in that he expects his intended audience to believe him.
    Is there any conceivable reason to trust Skype anywhere under any conditions anytime in the future? This kind of trust violation cross-talks directly to the United States. Who among the participants here imagines that accomodations to our government haven't already long ago been made?
