    I think collecting data would be a useful thing, but that is not just the plural of anecdote. Making an accessible, reliable, source of data for these layoffs is far more interesting and informative than repetitive stories about the individual cuts.

    no way - booooooooring. there are plenty of other sites that report when twitter fires their receptionist or whatever.
