His concerns seem legitimate to me.
I mean, assuming he's telling the truth, wouldn't you be furious if you tried as hard as possible to put on a good show with significant constraints, but the fans/media misinterpreted the situation as you being a jerk? I would.

Every time I visit the inquisitr site, it crashes my FF3 for mac. It's caused either by your Sproutbuilder Qmeme widget or by whatever you're pulling from lijit.com (lejit maybe). It's infuriating and unacceptable for a site this high-profile. Thank god for RSS, but I won't be able to comment any more. The site crashed 3 times during my writing of this comment, to the point that I had to write it up in textedit, copy, then quickly paste it into the textarea before firefox crashes.
Keep up the good work, but you may want to investigate this. My firefox is completely stable except for this blog.

PhogHawk I only use Macs, and I only use Firefox, and I've only been running FF3 since the day I first started planning for the site (I worked my way through the Betas), odd, thx for letting me know and I'll investigate it some more.

Phog, you bring up a good point. It's the delivery of it that just kills me. . . how is this a professional complaint? C'mon, nobody wants to read that and it doesn't help if you have something legit to say.

If anyone is an a**hole it would be you. Mr. West was mad because he couldn't give his fans the show he usually brings. and you are to stupid to see that. You are so busy concentrating on the CAPS; which some people use to show emotion, that you didn't even read the content of his letter. YOU are an idiot!! I say, way to go Mr. West.
