  • Microsoft is going to be the AOL of 2009.
  • Definitely the decision to sell the most profitable part of the company is an interesting twist and it will be particularly interesting to get to know who the lucky buyer is. But it looks like Microsoft is determined to make real use of the shopping network only to build some commercial presence in shopping-related search so it must be a reasonable decision for them to keep only the part that is most valuable to them.
