Fair use is not a right - it &amp;amp; first sale doctrine are the typical tools in protecting yourself against allegations of infringement (even under DMCA) - clearly, this debate belongs to *ALL* Americans ... We cannot predict the hits but we can create an environment which is equitable &amp;amp; enables innovative value creation in an information age ...
