  Jill, she's on her front doorstep with a friend and a cat. Why shouldn't anyone, regardless of who they are (or who they were born to) have a reasonable expectation of privacy? For someone to get this picture, I have a hard time believing it was a passerby with a camera. It was probably some dude in his 40s sitting outside her house since friday afternoon waiting to see her on saturday morning with her friend and a cat taking a toke. She is still in her pajamas! To me that's creepier than catching a teenager smoking pot with a friend on her stoop. Besides, in 2008, no one cares about pot anymore. You, or anyone, could get prescription for it and smoke on the street if you wanted (in California anyway).

  Ya know, last time I checked, smoking pot is still illegal, not to mention is sets a poor example for the kids who are fans of the Twilight movie who idolize her for playing Bella. Perhaps the studio should recast the role of Bella, giving it to an actress who understands the concept of professional decorum. If she can't handle the stress of being an actress and fulfilling her obligations in movie publicity, then perhaps she should get into another profession.   First of all I would like to say, yes people have many different views on the impact marijuana has on our society and wether it should be banned or legalized, but in any case Kristen may or may not be smoking weed and if she is its in her home (outside her house, whatever). She isn't running around Hollywood drunk out of her mind or coked up and making a fool of herself on national television. She's enjoying her time off and hangin with a friend. Leave the girl alone. For all we know the guy who shot the pic might of been blazin up himself before he got out of his hotelroom to stalk unsuspecting actors and actresses. I say it's non of our Goddamn business what she does in the privacy of her home as long as she isn't killing anyone. I am personally offended that the people who chose the cast made such a horrible decision.
