I have no relationship with Disqus though other than we use them and Daniel has been good to us in terms of direct support when we've needed it.

I do think though that if your product is strong enough, you'd be selling your product first, not trash talking the opposition as JS-Kit has in the past. For the record I don't think they've done it since, so maybe it was a lesson learned. This is a space that focuses on sharing and networks, it was just disappointing previously that JS-Kit didn't seem to embrace that aspect of the business.

Re: JS-Kit gets $3.6 million, Chris Saad

i wouldnt call it trash talking. are you blowing it out of proportion because this blog is powered by Disqus? personally i am not a fan of danial ha ha ha and find their product to be intrusive. if what they say is true about losing comments, i dont see a use for any service within this niche.

Re: JS-Kit gets $3.6 million, Chris Saad

Hi,
Listen I've been passing through your blog for quite a while now, and since you write about cool stuff, just wanted to let you know about cool website called DancingEcard.com, it is just like ElfYourself.com,where you put a face on a Dancing character, but this is just way cooler and it isnt only for the holidays, so check it out at http://www.dancingecard.com
And make a free dancing ecard for all your family and friends.
This is an example of how one looks like:
http://www.dancingecard.com/?u=75&n=susan
Ok thanks for your space and cheers!
Keep on posting cool stuff!
