I know how to keep you from being bound to a contract with any server. Once you get ready to sign your name, write above your signature. WITHOUT PREJUDICE UCC1-207 which places a condition to the contract. Look up for yourselves the Uniform Commercial Code /Chapter 1 Section 207

I've been waiting for the Android phone for a long time.. but I won't buy it on T-Mobile. Their coverage is just not good enough. So I will have to wait for another carrier.. or wait for an unlocked phone to reach reasonable prices.

Of course not.. THe Android OS will be on each and everyone carrier... Verizon will eventually have to give in .. although they hate google... I"m on sprint right now.. I'm interested in the G1 but i know Sprint is next up for an Android phone.. so I'll wait...

This question is actually pretty stupid when you think about it..
