  • I'm humbled to be the first writer in your great experiment. I'm a fan of this type of "open source" contribution. Congratulations to The Inquisitr for leading the charge in social syndication. Successful sites like The Inquisitr thrive because of their innovative thinking. It's been encouraging to witness your growth. Thank you for letting me be a part of your world.
  • This will be an interesting experiment, which should highlight some lesser-known authors. When I saw this in Google Reader, I knew I'd seen it before, so I did a double-take, but I agree with this selection. Wishing you luck on this path - agree with it big time.

It's inspired by The Huffington Post, although I don't know exactly how they do it, for example, they tend to syndicate newspapers in a similar fashion, but I'm not sure if it's by agreement or not (they occasionally do it for Silicon Alley Insider as well). Whether it works or not is something only time will tell, but end of the day if we can highlight some interesting content on some other blogs, and drive some traffic in that direction, it's something rewarding at the very least.
