    The blackmailer didn't state what currency he wanted to be paid in - as he was making it simple and easy - agree to pay him in zimbabwe dollars :)

    so, ace reporter, tell me how the gmail account was hacked, since i would guess about 80% of your readers have one, and a bit more from godaddy please ... when can i expect a follow up story? ... are you on it? or is this just a drive-by? inquisitr minds want to know ...

    I doubt it strongly, that it has something to do with a GMail account. It's ridiculous. The problem in on Godaddy not on GMail, I'm pretty sure.

    Hopefully it all gets sorted out. I remember David Airey had his domain stolen and the whole community worked together to help him get it back which he did.

    I don't know enough details to know whether this might be the case in this example (probably not), but I can see how, with the help of a trusted friend/relative overseas, something like this could be used as a publicity stunt.
