  • I love the Pac-Man pie chart Duncan. At least that's one thing we can laugh about amidst all of this.
  • As the storm moves into Silicon Valley and the tech economy it's worth remembering that even in New Orleans when Katrina moved in there were some houses that weren't flooded and survived just fine. Same here. It's just that we don't know which houses will stand and which will be flooded or, worse. It's going to be an interesting few months to watch what happens and how human behavior continues to change the market.
  • For me the really interesting moment is going to come when great deal of the smaller SNS burn through their VC and angel funds. At that point they are living on borrowed time. So the reality is these startups need to show quickly they can monetise or die. It certainly is going to reshape , maybe just realign the web.
