DP is a Snakepit. Not surprising. If it is true then string em up. I have lost kk's to cookie snuffers over the years. Probably should be suing CJ too - but that is another long story.

Well written and informative article. As stated, I am surprised that DigitalPoint would think they could get away with such a cookie scheme. I'm quite sure this will be settled before they have to go to a costly trial. eBay has deep pockets so it will be interesting how this plays out.
