Well I agree with the cutbacks at the large papers.......... I have worked at the large papers where only 50% do the work for the whole paper............when Dickey hires me to clean house I will................and be more then happy too, I was in the 50% that did all the work and I would be glad to go back and give some co-workers what they should have gotten a long time ago!!
